Job and school

I have only worked on 4 weddings at my job since I stared. I really enjoy it. It is a lot of work but worth it when you do what you like. The best part is after you made it all and set it up, getting to stand back and see it put all together. Also seeing the wedding party with the bride when you give them there personal flowers to go along. Hope I keep enjoying it as time goes on. Just wish I was not away from Elaine.
In my landscape graphics class we are starting on our first design of the farm house at school. I did it before first time I took the class but not any good. So now I am so excited to put my best ideas down on my landscape drawing. Hope it turns out as good as it is in my head. Can't wait till people ask me to do more of the landscape drawings for them to help them think of how they want there landscape done. We will have to wait and see.

Update Elaine

Elaine is the love of my life. She is such a great baby. More happy then anything now a days. Since I started working she has been hanging out with her dad more (he got laid off"). That has been great for them both. She has been a good girl for him and showing him all the new things she knows in life. That has took a lot of stress off of me. Also she has been enjoying a lot of grandparent time when I am in school. She loves them so much. I see that with the looks she gives them. I am thankful for everyone's help with Elaine. She has great family. Each side of her family helps with her and shows her how much they love her no matter how big or small it is. Evan her young 2 year old cousin dose by him kissing her on forehead or passing things to us that is her's. Her aunt Lindsey and uncle Jared also do  show it when visit each weekend when doing laundry. She has a blast with them. That gives them a chance to learn things with her to get them ready for being first time parents soon. Elaine is smiling, laughing, giggling, talking (baby talk lol) strengthening her legs and of course farting like crazy lol more and more. She loves to have us stand her tall so she can be same height as us. Loves uncle Jared holding her because he is so tall. The good thing of this all is she is growing and developing so well after coming into this world so early and tiny.

Fun Job

For all that want to know how my new job went or if you did not know I got one and want to know anything about it. I got a job at Bella Blooms on J St. downtown. Right now the owner just has me doing Fridays and Saturdays (Few Sundays) to help with all her October weddings. Friday was my first day. I really enjoyed it but it was hard getting back in the swing of working and being away from Elaine. For Friday I got to make 20 centerpieces for a Christening witch was great because they had my favorite flower stock in it.. Then 15 3 steam orchid bud vases for a party to celibate people who passed the bar exam. Nice to start off with making identical arrangements. Then Saturday was all new to me. It was the day I got to help with party and wedding set up and help make things for the wedding. First got to go to the beautiful Firehouse and set up arrangements and a cake table for the Greek Christening party. After that we rushed back to get started on the wedding work. She was not feeling well the past few days so she did not have done as much as she normally plans on getting done by the day of wedding. I did all the boutonnieres (which luckily I was familiar making), got ceremony chair flowers bunched together with ties, made there bows for them and then a lot of little details to make sure we had what we needed and packed up. Nice to have her husband help. He was fast and new what to do. So we went to Arden Hills club (that place is a nice and expensive dream wedding location) to set up and hand out bridal party's personal flowers. I then made the brides toss away bouquet there. It was a lot of work and great first time experience. She told me how great a job I did helping out for my first time. Now I have many more to help work on and maybe with then I will get more responsibility to help take stress off her. I think in time this will turn out to be a great job I love, with hopefully more hours and money. The only thing that will never change is how hard it will be to be away from my wonderful daughter Elaine.
